I think JC Penney has some of the best sales but it can be a little hard to keep up with all the promotions that they have going...that is why I signed up for the JCP newsletter. It is sends me notifications about promotions, COUPONS, and exclusive sales. This is a good one to sign up for b/c then those HOT $10 off $25 coupons can come straight to your inbox
